Dear friends, today I want to talk to you about an important topic. We all know that there are many times in life when we suffer. Then we think, why does God allow this suffering?
Look, the Bible teaches us that we grow through suffering. Think about when you were little, learning to walk. How many times did you fall and get hurt? But you learned to walk through that suffering. Similarly, the suffering of life also teaches us, makes us grow.
God wants us to be like Him. He is kind, compassionate. But how do we learn these qualities? When we ourselves suffer, we understand the suffering of others. Imagine, your friend suddenly fell and broke his leg. If you have never suffered the pain of breaking his leg, then you will not understand his pain. But if you have also experienced this before, then you will be able to feel his pain and help him.
Again, we go to God only in times of suffering. When everything is going well, we forget God. But when trouble comes, we immediately run to Him. It is like a small child. When he is playing, he does not remember his mother. But when he falls and cries, he immediately calls his mother. Similarly, in times of trouble, we also seek God and come closer to Him.
The Bible shows that many great people have gone through hardships. Take the story of Joseph. His brothers sold him, he became a slave, he went to prison. But in the end he was appointed to a great position in Egypt, saving the lives of millions of people. It was through his hardships that God implemented a great plan.
Friends, remember, these hardships are not permanent. The Bible says that they are actually opportunities for us to grow and change. When we go through these times with faith, we experience God’s faithfulness in a new way.
Now here is an important thing. Even in hardships, God’s love remains unchanged. God also knows what we need. God is always with us. He gives you peace and strength, just when you need it most.
So friends, the next time a hardship comes, remember – it’s not just a test, it’s an opportunity. An opportunity to strengthen yourself, to get closer to God. And always remember, God is with you, every step of the way.
